Purpose of Young Adult Discipleship: What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus Christ? During our Young Adult Discipleship time we study the scriptures together with the aim of applying to our lives the words of Christ. As we surrender to God through Christ, we will see our lives transformed together. Additionally, in today's world, Christianity and the cross are under attack like never before. As disciples, we learn to defend the scriptures' validity through proper Spirit inspired interpretation, historical evidence, and the testimony of Jesus' work in our lives.

Biblical definition of a disciple: Someone who is following Jesus, being changed by Jesus and committed to the mission of Jesus.
