He has served the body of Christ for twenty-seven years as a revivalist/evangelist and in pastoral ministry, and is currently lead pastor at New Life Assembly of God, Athens, AL. He serves on several boards and executive committees in the Assemblies of God and within the Athens-Limestone County (AL) faith community. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO.
The Rachfords are transplants to the Tennessee Valley and have called Athens home for 6 years. They have four kids- Josh, Ryan, Melodie and Mackenzie. Adam and Kim have been in Children’s and Youth ministry for 14 years. They have a heart for kids and teens and a passion to see them develop a love and desire for God above all things.
